Retail Carriers, Service Providers and Content Providers all have equal access to OPENetworks community networks and its end users. A network that delivers multiple Pay TV services that end users can access. Free to air TV services and free additional TV channels with community content or satellite connect can be delivered on behalf of the community. Multiple carriers or ISPs can deliver residential voice and internet services or in the future IP video on demand or IPTV services. Multiple carriers and service providers can deliver a suite of data communications, Internet and voice services to business, commercial and retail end users.
