Community Headend provides access to special services

The community head-end is a facility within the community which is operated as a carrier neutral interconnenct and applications hosting location. Services can be provided for retail service providers or directly for the community such as community portal services, security or CCTV services. It is also a point for the community utility services to access the community infrastructure and services, fire services, sew monitoring, water services control (no need for dedicated infrastructure)
