 NOTE: 

Before a connection can be made you must first have completed the cabling certification.
Cables need to be tested by a qualified cabling contractor, you will need to attach the following: 

  1. Completed Home Cabling Test Results form
  2. Attached TCA1
  3. Attach photos of CTC and lead in conduit
