You will need to arrange (either with your builder or cabling contractor) for the installation of a 32mm white telecommunications conduit from the communications services pit or lead-in conduit stub at the property boundary to your lot to the entry point fro cabling in the home. This is generally co-located with your electrical services connection point and so the telecommunications conduit can be installed in the same trench at the same time as the electrical conduit. This can be undertaken by the builders Electrician.
The telecommunications conduit must be installed with sweeping radius bends not less than 300mm in radius. No elbow bends are permitted. The installer shall leave a draw rope in the conduit to allow OPENetworks to pull in the fibre into your home when your home is complete.
